Previously, i mentioned about how stupid is the design of a local car Proton Tiara in my facebook. Well, it just got better. I have a meeting with Senior Exec at Stars Archery in Sunway Pyramid about some discussion. But i was late because the car started overheated. Thanks to the genius gauge cluster design that doesnt includes a water temperature gauge.
I had to reschedule the meeting so i just go talk a walk in the AnimeTech for a while hoping the car temperature will be lower by the time i got back. Its just never gonna happen. The overheated warning light is still lit. I just wait for a while and continue my journey out of the parking area when things get really heat up.
Theres steam coming out of the hood. I wait for it cool down while my friend Faizal go search for water bottle in the car. We’re lucky on of the parking patrol guy come and help us with getting the water. Upon inspection, the radiator was EMPTY ! Must be a leak somewhere. After 4 bottles, the radiator is finally full.
Repay the parking ticket again and off we go . Everything was fine until im reach home. Our theory is proven .. Lucky nothing happen on the road.
Moral of the story : check the car you are borrowing for water, fuel and oil level. Never rush to go anywhere.
