Yesterday pieces is cured and i test-fitting each pieces. Most of them didn’t fit well maybe mainly because i didn’t test it during the pepakura stage and after the resin stage. My bad. But its not a big deal since it just required some minor cutting. Except for the chest armor. It doesnt fit ! I did tested this before i resin the outside. Maybe my ‘pot-belly’ has grown since i started this project. LOL
I’m not gonna make another chest armor so i just gonna cut and cut and cut until it fit. The only pieces that doesn’t need any modification is the forearm pieces. Do i need put padding on the inside so it fit better or will the motorcycle body armor fill those empty spaces ? hmmm.. Just one way to find out.
p/s: I overwork my el-cheapo rotary cutting tool and it broke .. Now, how the heck i gonna cut the excess FG now ??
