Its been 10 days since i updated about the HALO suit progress. It because i waiting for my dremal rotary tool to arrive. I finally got last saturday and put it up to work the same day ! But it was a quick job. That day, i gone to Sepang Drag Battle and yesterday, I took pictures for Sepang International Circuit Open Trackday from 9am till 1pm.
Today, i got to work as soon i woke up and use the dremal to cut all the excess and sharp edges fiberglass on the pieces. It was a painstaking work, dust is everywhere but its part of the work. Now my whole body is itchy . HAHA
After im done with the pieces, its time for rondo or what i like to call ‘sludge’. Its a mixture of fiberglass resin and putty. It cure faster and harder than just putty alone. Tomorrow, its time to sand it down.
