I just got back from Malacca yesterday and check on my halo suit progress. All pieces are cured and now, there’s only 4 pieces left to be fiberglass excluding the boot. Im not sure about the boot size and how to mount it on the shoe. The Assault rifle having some difficulties to harden even with three separate coats of resins.
So i decided to search my house for some old fiberglass stash and i did found a bucket full of it. I also lucky theres a few big pieces of a thin fiberglass mat. Its a very fine thin fiberglass mat. Usually used as the last layer for more smooth surface. Less Bondo needed. This is perfect for the assault rifle. As soon the outside shell is harden with the thin fiberglass mat, i gonna use expanding foam on the inside to make it rigid.
