I got a call from an old friend yesterday and he mentioned that there gonna be a open trackday at sepang today to snap some pictures. At first i dont really care because i no longer interested with bikes but since i have something to do at KLIA, well i might just go there and snap some pictures. It was a very freaking hot day but i enjoy the opportunity to work on my Panning technique. Im a noob and [...]

Yesterday Sepang Drag Battle was a disappointment to me since all the pictures come out blurry. There’s only a few that fairly okay to see. Reached home around 3am and decided to research more on how to taking shots of moving objects such as Motorsport Pictures. I got a few great pointers and today open trackday at Sepang International Circuit is the best event to test my new knowledge. I know panning do take a long time to master but [...]

Earlier today, i finally managed to go to Jalan Pasar to grab myself two set of Reed Sensor to replace the MZ125SM speed sensor. Instead of mounting it at the back where it should be, I mount it at the front just above the Trailtech Vapor Reed Sensor. The CDI should received lesser pulse than the trailtech’s because it was located at higher. That means it takes longer to finish one revolution. That way, the 6500rpm cut-off is disable and [...]

Okay, its been a month since i had this MZ125SM. Is a supermoto but with only 125cc engine. Its modded but recently the CDI and Rectifire malfunction. Rectifier was replaced with a new unit from VS125 scooter/moped and the CDI is the original cdi . One humangous problem with the CDI is, its the wrong model. It has two extra wires to the speed sensor. When unpluged, it allow the bike to go beyond 80kmh (80kmh variant CDI cut-off) but [...]

Recently my bike has been giving me nothing only problems. With this kind of bike, problems means money. The brain a.k.a. CDI that control the spark, was fried by a faulty rectifier. Rectifier isnt much a problem since I can use a rectifier from Suzuki VS125 but the CDI is kinda complicated. I search for weeks for the original CDI and finally got it. But it comes with another new problem. It was a type B cdi. Type B CDI [...]
