Well, i waited for quite some time for this anime with subs. It was kinda interesting at first but after a while, the storyline was kinda predictable. At EP11, the focus turned to another person beside the main character Akio. The guy spend their hard earn family money (4 million yen) to buy a GTR despite his wife is pregnant. That story focusing on the guy and his friend’s Z31 racing along in Wangan. When he finally managed to catch up with Tatsuya’s Blackbird and Akio’s Devil Z, he backed off and return to his family.

Then the story started to focus on different thing. DevilZ going to be resurrected and thats when it become a little interesting. But like i said earlier, the storyline kinda predictable. Lots of wangan races action. Being a technical guy, i prefer the story to have a little more technical stuff insides. But its an anime, what do you expect ? LOL .. I would give this Wangan Midnight a 5 out of 10. (Average)….
